Steps to reproduce:

Debian Stable.
Firefox from Mozilla apt sources.
Gnome optimized options - new centered windows.

Start Firefox
Energy saving measure in Gnome, switch off display. (e.g. 1 minute). Wait a few minutes.
Wakeup Display. Firefox is now stuck in the middle of the screen.

Actual results:

Now the Firefox window is stuck in the middle.

You cannot maximize it. Only if you right-click and click on Menu bar. You can then hold the window and maximize it.

The window can only be moved again once the menu bar has been activated.

I that's more mutter/gnome-shell issue than Firefox one. Do you see that with any other application? Like gedit or so?
Also can you try to enable system titlebar (at Customize)?

The problem no longer occurs in Debian Trixie. Debian Bookworm i dont't use anymore. For me, that solved the issue. I only had this problem with Firefox. Thank you very much for your help.
