Diffs created by moz-phab and other tools set a creationMethod on the diff, which allows us to differentiate between diffs created by moz-phab with hg, moz-phab with git, or other tools. We should add this to the Phab-ETL.

This is deployed. I've started the Phab-ETL over from the beginning to gather the creation method for all diffs. We should have the data available to query next week.
