It's possible the theme names will overflow the theme chip layout in certain locales.
To mitigate this, we want to limit the theme name to a single line, and truncate overflowed text.
In bug 1956346, we'll add a tooltip on hover of the theme chips so that users can always see the full name of the theme in their locale.
