3. Click Save & Continue

Expected result:

• The address capture doorhanger should be displayed upon form submission.

Actual result:

• The address capture doorhanger is not displayed upon form submission.

Additional notes:

• This happens regardless of the dynamic form support prefs
• Downloaded page
