1956560 - Create a moz-box-item accordion variant

There was recently an accordion style box item created using custom styling, but based off of the common moz-box-item element's design. It looks like another team wants to use a similar element, looks like it might be worth supporting this in Acorn directly, so let's create a variant of moz-box-item for this.

Acceptance Criteria:

• <moz-box-item layout="accordion"> creates a moz-box-item with support for the label/desc/icon/etc but hides its slotted content within a slot
