Preconditions

• Use FR VPN
• Have the pref 'browser.search.region' set to FR
• Have at least one address saved in about:preferences

Steps to reproduce

1. Reach the Address form on https://www.artsper.com/
2. Click on the Country dropdown field and select a different country
3. Autofill the address form from any field by selecting one saved entry from the autofill dropdown (e.g. from the First name field)
4. Observe the behavior

Expected result

• All the fields should be autofilled accordingly

Actual result

• The Country dropdown field is autofilled, together with the First Name, Last Name, Organization and Phone number fields, but when clicking on them, autofill dropdown is displayed instead of the Clear form dropdown
• The rest of the fields are not autofilled and they remain empty
