Preconditions

• Use FR VPN
• Have the pref 'browser.search.region' set to FR
• Have at least one address saved in about:preferences

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to https://www.sephora.fr/ and go to checkout after adding a product to the cart
2. Click on the Country dropdown field and select a different country
3. Open the Address form and autofill the address form from any field by selecting one saved entry from the autofill dropdown (e.g. from the First name field)
4. Observe the behavior

Expected result

• All the fields should be autofilled accordingly

Actual result

• Only the The First Name and Last Name fields are autofilled. The rest of the fields remain empty, but highlighted in yellow

• The issue reproduces regardless of the state of the extensions.formautofill.heuristics.detectDynamicFormChanges / extensions.formautofill.heuristics.fillOnDynamicFormChanges prefs
• In Chrome, the autofill dropdown is displayed only for the Address field

Verified this using Firefox Nightly 139.0a1 (2025-04-22), on macOS 14, and the issue is no longer reproducible. All fields are autofilled accordingly after changing the country.
