This is a meta bug to track breakage reports for FPP's canvas noise. This is where we add a few pixels of randomness to the image. At time of writing, we do this in PBM in ETP Standard, and all windows in ETP Strict.

This is not for reports of breakage due to RFP's 'make the entire canvas random' behavior, that is Bug 1957430
