We should remove the webCompatReporter feature flag, since it will be on by default from now on, and relevant code paths where the flag is false. (https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/mobile/android/fenix/app/src/main/java/org/mozilla/fenix/FeatureFlags.kt#84)
