build ID: 2003030308 on Win2k.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Load URL http://www.cisco.com/
2. Right-click on 'login' and 'Save Link Target As',
3. Auth dialog pops up as you need an account, see the tickable box
"www.cisco.com:80 (CCO)".
What it should have displayed:
- auth dialog with 'Use Password Manager to remember these values' instead of
the server string 'www.cisco.com:80 (CCO)"
This happens on every basic auth (didn't try digest) page I've seen, it makes
sense when saving a document from a password protected site before you authenticate.

-> me
this must have something to do with the parameters being passed to the password
manager from HTTP. investigating...

nevermind. this can't have anything to do with necko. we always pass the flag
nsIAuthPrompt::SAVE_PASSWORD_PERMANENTLY. back to default owner.
