195811 - after d'n'd a link into composer and clicking in compose area, entered text becomes linked

found using 2003.03.03.05 comm trunk on win2k while testing bug 164060. cannot
seem to repro this on linux rh8.0 or mac 10.2.4, so far. joe mentions that this
might be resolved when bug 183582 is fixed.

1. open a new composer window (accel+4 or accel+shift+N).
2. type some text.
3. go to a browser window: drag a link and drop it to the end of the text
entered in the compose window.
4. click in the compose window (but don't change cursor position) so that focus
is there.
5. type some more text.

expected: the text entered at step 5 should be not be linked.

actual results: the text entered at step 5 is linked.

side note: this is not a problem if i paste (ctrl+V) the link instead. (btw,
select the link in browser by highlighting, not using "copy link location"
context menu item.)

This worksforme on my trunk build ID 2003042905, marking it so.  Might be fixed
by some other check-in, maybe Joe can provide that, but since I know what that
is I'll just mark worksforme.

if i don't click in the compose area after dropping the link, but click on the
titlebar instead to restore focus back to the editor window, i no longer see
this problem. (the entered text is unlinked.)

however, if i do click in the compose area after dropping the link, the
resulting text will be linked. reopening and sending over to selection (per
conversation with joe).

load this in a browser window and drag the link from it into an editor window.
