- Hover over the sidebar launcher.
- When the expand animation starts, quickly move the mouse away from the sidebar launcher.
Expected result
- The sidebar launcher expands and collapses smoothly.
Actual result
- The sidebar launcher quickly expands and collapses.

This is the same thing going on in bug 1957008 regardless of the very slightly different way to reproduce. :atrif if you want to update the description of the other bug to mention this other way to reproduce, feel free!
