The patch is rather small: https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/applications/tor-browser/-/commit/9a250b15b40bb7714049dc427b95aa9379c14e70
Updating the "Learn More" link from "https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux" to "https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux#w_security-features-warning".
One could consider changing to the link to the article that is mentioned in the subsection "https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/linux-security-warning"?

Fixed in Bug 1947157 by separating the content to separate page and linking that page instead of the broad page.
