STR:
- Search for a quick action e.g. "page".
- Open a new tab.
- Search for a different quick action e.g. "screen".
- Go back to the tab with the first search
Expected Result:
The quick action is visible like before.
Actual Result:
The quick action is not visible, but still takes up one row in the results panel.
Fixing this should also fix Bug 1928786.

Verified as fixed on Firefox Nightly 139.0a1 on Windows 10, Ubuntu 22, macOS 14.
