Steps to reproduce:
- Disable all the sidebar options
- Open a new Firefox window (normal or private)
Actual results:
Whenever I open a new window of Firefox the sidebar briefly flashes and then disappears. This happens even though I do not have the sidebar enabled. Happens in both the normal window and the private window.
Expected results:
The sidebar should not flash when opening a new window when it is disabled.
