Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 My composer used to work fine (SuSE 8.0). Now, I can edit HTML files (and save those changes) so long as I don't click on a button or select a menu item that would cause a dialog box to appear. In particular, the Link button freezes up all of Mozilla every time I click it regardless of the file I'm editing. Choosing Link Properties after a right click has the same effect. If I were to just reinstall 1.2.1 over itself would this fix it? I tried 1.3 but had to regress because I kept losing all my mail to that corruption problem that is the most duplicated bug right now. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open a file in composer. 2.Right click. 3.Select Link Properties. You're Frozen now. Actual Results: Mozilla was frozen and had to be killed from a shell to get it to shut down. Expected Results: It should have opened a dialog box displaying the link properties.
close Mozilla and delete the file "XUL.mfasl" in your mozilla profile.
Deleting that file seems to have resolved the issue. Thanks!
