Steps to reproduce:
- Open Firefox with new profile
- Make sure there is only one tab.
- Press [alt] key to open autohide menubar
- Click Window Control Button such as Minimize/Maximize/Close
Actual results:
Menubar is closed. However, The browser window does not minimize/maximize/close.
Expected Results:
The browser window should minimize/maximize/close.

:mconley, since you are the author of the regressor, bug 1356920, could you take a look? Also, could you set the severity field?
