195986 - User input while page is rendering is directed to message text, not addressee field

While the compose window is being rendered (a non-speedy operation on my PII-350
machine), text typed in goes to the message text field.  Once rendering is
complete, the input field is the addressee field.  



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compose new message
2. Start typing target address before window is done
3. View results

Actual Results:  
Part of addressee name is in message body window, part is in addressee field

Expected Results:  
Set input field to be addressee field earlier in the window creation process.

I use the Modern theme; haven't tried with Classic.
