- Once Phabbugz sees that the revision has entered the needs-review state and that a reviewer group with the appropriate suffix has been added, Phabbugz should then query Phabricator for a list of users in the reviewer group.
- Phabbugz will then query the reviewer tracking table to determine the last user that was selected prior and select the next user in the list.\
- Phabbugz will then update the revision by a) removing the reviewer rotation group and b) adding the specific user as a reviewer.
