Scope of this bug is to create runtime-metrics.json with metrics and pings details that needs to be added at runtime. This mach command will map diff of NewTab metrics.yaml and pings.yaml from beta/release to metrics.yaml and pings.yaml in Nightly capturing the difference in runtime-metrics.json for respective channel. This is to ensure NewTab XPI is compatible with both beta and release at all times.
While creating diff initial use case will only support newly added pings and metrics.
