all tabs get refresh if app is background for 20 seconds

Details
Steps to reproduce:
-Open some tabs
-scroll twitter or watch yt video
-go to main android homscreen
-use other app for some seconds
-open firefox from recent apps
Actual results:
-every tabs is lost it data and now refreshing from start
Expected results:
-tabs should not refrwsh and retain my scrolled postion or youtube where vudeo was paused
I have good phone with more than enough ram and i tried it with other phones too
