When dragging an icon in windows explorer, pressing "Ctrl" will duplicate it,
pressing "Shift" will move it, and pressing "Ctrl"+"Shift" will create a shortcut.
That got me thinking, when I drag an image/link from Mozilla to Windows Explorer
it always creates a shortcut. I would find it very useful if when I drag an
image from Mozilla to Windows Explorer while pressing "Ctrl" it would just save
the image to that folder.
Reproducible: Always
