Steps to reproduce:

With Homepage as a new tab it is difficult to undo a new tab created by mistake

Disable Homepage as a new tab
Open a tab on eg mozilla.org
Tap the new tab icon
mozilla.org appears in Jump back in
-> correct behavior
Enable Homepage as a new tab
Open a tab on eg mozilla.org
Tap the new tab icon
mozilla.org does not appear in Jump back in
-> incorrect behavior??? Maybe not sure

Poss related to bug 1950548???

I think the issue is, with Homepage as a new tab enabled there is no obvious way to undo a new tab if it is created by mistake. "back" gesture does not work, Jump back in is not present. Hmmmm
