Time to clean up pre 2.53 migration code and also remove the nss dbm compatibility code deprecated in mozilla 73 and removed in 86.

Missed a few x86 references and because the requirements are linked and still refer to x86 I changed them too. Because of the dropped nss db compatibiliy option also a not for updating from pre 2.53.1. r=me for now but more needed changes welcome as usual.
