Well, the provided link page is in foreign language, and I believe it is xml
page. Mozilla 1.3 beta can't display it properly (while IE can).

I see the "messy page" too.   Linux 2003030415 Flash 6.0 r69
One of the banner pages is  http://ad4.enet.com.cn/cgi-bin/adjuggler?Pool=enews
(its in a IFRAME).   In mozilla it renders it as a square, but in Konqueror 3.1
it renders it correctly as a  horizontal banner.  

Wouild this be better moved to plugins?

No, it's probably a layout issue.

Can someone make a reduced testcase by stripping down the HTML to the simplest
necessary to demonstrate the problem?

This bug has the same problem as bug 196166 . Once you add/change width and
hight properties to the EMBED tag it works.  Suggest evangalism.

worksforme with 2004041608 mozilla 1.7 branch build on windows XP. the page
seems to display fine.
