[Prerequisites]:

• Have a Firefox profile with the following prefs in the "about:config" page:
• browser.search.region set to US
• browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.discoverystream.reportAds.enabled set to true
• browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.discoverystream.sections.enabled set to true

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser using the profile from the prerequisites.
2. Open a new tab and hover any sponsored item.
3. Click the "..." menu button from the top-right corner of the card.
4. Select the "Report this ad" option.
5. Select any option from the "Why are you reporting this?" dialog box and click the "Submit" button.
6. Observe the confirmation message from the bottom-right corner of the page.
7. Click the "Personalize new tab" button visible through the report confirmation message.

[Expected result]:

• Step 6: The "Personalize new tab" button is not visible through the report confirmation message.
• Step 7: The "Personalize new tab" button cannot be accessed through the report confirmation message.

[Actual result]:

• Step 6: The "Personalize new tab" button is visible through the report confirmation message.
• Step 7: The "Personalize new tab" menu is opened.

[Additional Notes]:

• The "X" button from the confirmation message can be clicked only if the Personalize new tab" button area is avoided.
• Attached a screen recording of the issue.

This issue doesn’t sound too bad - I’d put it at an S4 and it likely won’t be a “must fix” for either Report Content or Report this Ad.

I have verified that this issue is no longer reproducible using the latest Firefox Nightly 140.0a1 (Build ID: 20250511205430) installed on Windows 10 x64, macOS 15.4.1, and Ubuntu 24.04 x64. I can confirm that the "Personalize new tab" button is no longer visible and cannot be accessed through the confirmation message.
