1961287 - Add "printing:5" to the graphics logging preset

Let's add print logging to the graphics about:logging preset.

When a user isn't printing, this adds no additional logging.
When a user is printing (and capturing logging to e.g. diagnose a rendering failure of some sort), the Graphics preset is a useful preset, and having print logging makes it even more useful.

(this was inspired by bug 1960566 where I'm asking the user to capture some logging, since I saw some gfxCriticalNote logging that might be relevant; and I'd like to also have print logging captured while I'm at it.)
