196129 - Had to constantly reload pages that would not or partially load when viewing my account information

I accessed my account information but when clicking on a specific link to place
into a new tab, 1.3b had trouble loading it. Either a partially or not at all.
But did reload page after instructing to do so.
Note: Reproducibility: Mostly, but not always.

Reproducible: Sometimes

1.log on
2.click on account
3.page does not or partially builds

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
Load the pages

Never had this problem with 1.2.1

there's no account information here, and there isn't even a complete web
address, we can't do anything with this bug report at this time.

reporter: if you're interested in providing enough account information so that
we can investigate you may enter it in the bug or email [e-mail].

however at the present time this bug contains nothing of use to us or of
security concern to you. unless more details are provided i will remove the
security flag at a later date.

Updating URL to assumed National City bank site, but that doesn't give me the
pages with the problem. There's nothing in this report that hints at a problem
that should be security sensitive -- removing flag.

On the assumption you won't give us your bank login and password ;-) it would be
a big help if you found a non-account page that had the same problem.
