It's impossible to open attachement from mail client if attachement name contains national characters

When you right-click on attachment in a header view area (where is subject,
From,To etc and attachment box as well) and select Open, the "Saving" window
appears for a moment and then dissapears. It does not even get fully drawn. In
some cases i saw progressbar stopped on 15%,20%,70%, always different values.
Then "Saving" window dissapers and attachment is not opened. It is possible to
save and open attachment though. As far as i mentioned this happens only if
attachment name contains national characters (russian in my case).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Name the file with national chars, i.e. ÄÏËÕÍÅÎÔ.doc
2. Send it to yourself
3. Get new messages and try to open attached document.
Actual Results:
It happens what i described before

Open attachemnd with default application
