When I try to edit an existing filter or create a new one it is impossible to
change the checked item in the menu with "Subject", "Sender", etc., as well as
in the menu with "is", "contains", etc.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Message Filters Tool
2. Click on New...
3. Click on Subject and change it to something else
Actual Results:
Nothing
Expected Results:
Subject should change to the item I chose.
I noticed this behaviour today but I don't know how old it is.

The same thing happens is Search dialog. It's impossible to change "Subject" and
"contains" to anything else. (Also in build Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; SunOS sun4u;
en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030306.)
