Environment:
Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Firefox 137.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: http://outlook.com and perform account login
- Open a mail that has a file attached
- Download and open the file
- Observe the file name
Expected Behavior:
The name of the file is the same as in the attached file
Actual Behavior:
Downloads from Outlook are added UTF-8 to the beginning of file names
Notes:
- Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
- Does not reproduce in chrome
