If you want to see the print preview of a message, the scrollbars on the right
and bottom windows are just black blocks on a black line.

I am using the current Mozilla 1.3 mail client build 20030305 from the nightly
1.3 build (not the trunk any more!)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. right click on mail
2. choose print-preview
3. you can do the same from within a mail

Actual Results:  
print preview opens with black on black scroll bars

Expected Results:  
should show the scroll bars -  I am using the default xp style

Fixed on trunk; not getting fixed in 1.3
