We want to have an article explaining that users can now opt into enabling VPN protection automatically when launching Private Browsing mode on Firefox, EVEN IF they don't currently have the protection on. The motivation of this feature is to help users who generally don't want to have their traffic be protected by the VPN, but would want the extra protection of the VPN to be enabled when using PBM.
