Sync web-platform-tests PR 52122 into mozilla-central (this bug is closed when the sync is complete).

[sticky] Fix sticky crash with container-queries.

Previously it wasn't possible to remove PLSA after they have been
enqueued for a sticky update, but before the sticky updates have been
executed.

With container-queries this is now possible.

This patch removes the PLSA when its been destroyed from the pending
sticky update list.
