User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:137.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/137.0
Steps to reproduce:
Whenever I download a file from my inbox (Outlook Web) any attachment, the file name is appended by 'UTF-8' Word from start. For example, if file name is File.docx then the downloaded file will have name UTF-8File.docx. Moreover, outlook or Microsoft products are behaving strangely only on Firefox. For example, sometimes Copilot loads and sometimes it doesn't.
Actual results:

For example, if file name is File.docx then the downloaded file will have name UTF-8File.docx. Moreover, outlook or Microsoft products are behaving strangely only on Firefox. Expected results:
Downloaded file should have same name as mentioned in the attachment.
