Trunk build 2003-03-06: WinXP

Overview: There is a File|Rename Address Book menu item but this is not
specified in the spec. Should it remain or be removed?

There are a variety of ways to rename an address book. By performing any of the
following 4 functions, an "Address Book Properties" dialog appears.

1. Select the Properties button
2. Double click on the address book
3. Select File|Rename Address Book
4. Select Edit|Properties

Pro: I like the File|Rename Address Book menu item. I equate this with the
3pane's File|Rename Folder function.

Con: 
- It seems strange that the user selects File|Rename Address Book and it
displays an "Address Book Properties dialog".

I would recommend removing "File: Rename Address Book". See comment #50 bug 17230.

1. Not a frequent action.
2. Already available via Edit: Properties.
3. 4.x parity
4. Dialog that opens as a result is named "Address Book Properites".
5. I like the parallel with ldap directories, as far as naming ("Address Book
Properties" and "Directory Server Properties") and how to access the dialog
(Edit: Properties).
6. Not in AB menu spec.
