If you go to nvidia.com the top menu displays correctly now, but when you move
off of the buttoms the drop down menus don't stay so you can't click any of the
links.  The menu icons used to be scattered everywhere, but the menus would stay
down.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to nvidia.com
2. drag mouse onto menu bar
3. try and click a link that pops down

Actual Results:  
The menu disappears before you can get to it.

Expected Results:  
The menu should stay until you click on a link or move out of the box or to
another button.
