Seen on most long web pages.

The scroll bars in the print prevew window are black, the prevew of pages after
the first are usualy black (~70% of the time)




Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit any web page more than two pages long (eg. above, slashdot etc)
2. File|Print Preview
3. The scroll bars are black.
4. Using the mouse, arrow keys or the buttons on the tool bar, move to
subsequent pages. They are previed as enitrely black.

Actual Results:  
As described above

Expected Results:  
Shown a normal window

Default print size is scale to fit.

Default printer is an HP laserjet 4M plus
