An issue with a setting an IPv6 host as a proxy server has been reported.
I have requested further details and will post as soon as I get them.
I do not have access to IPv6 proxy server to test it.

A user has tested it with a local server ::1 and it was working as expected.
I am waiting for some remote server test results.
