https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D247153 is an uplift patch for esr115 that modified a handful of files in a small way, none of which are related to perf tests. Yet, a large was suggested that adds a swr variant for a bunch of test platforms to talos.rst.
I don't understand why this was suggested, and what it has to do with my patch. Perhaps this is an issue that is since fixed on other branches, seeing as mozilla-central version of the patch does not hit this?

Very odd issue. I don't see it happening on the 115 branch either, but I've triggered some additional test there to see: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/jobs?repo=mozilla-esr115&searchStr=perfdocs&fromchange=c40aa4f7a7738cc2d28a56127adff91421cc1446
Looking at the files in ESR115 on phab, they are certainly missing the *-swr tasks, but I don't know why they've been removed: https://mozphab-phabhost-cdn.devsvcprod.mozaws.net/file/data/6k4jnprzp55lg4hssdon/PHID-FILE-h24dq74rvufwnxowrn3g/talos.rst

So it doesn't look like the test failure happens on ESR115. I don't understand why though since the swr tests aren't in the docs either: https://hg-edge.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-esr115/file/1b70b3a79047b11a0485b4c43f4619b86d832145/testing/perfdocs/generated/talos.rst
Unless the variant has expired or been disabled somehow?
