We need help updating the existing SUMO article about the new sidebar for version 139 users.

We would have shipped all the features noted in the screenshot by version 139, so we can remove it.

The updated sidebar and vertical tabs are opt-in features. The older version sidebar is still available to users, but as we close the functional gap between the two, only updated version will eventually be available in the product
