Steps to reproduce:
Open the graph view for any alert that has infra changes visible on the graph

Expected results:
The "Highlight infra changes" button is deselected by default

Actual results:
The "Highlight infra changes" button is selected by default

No longer depends on: 1850756

Submitted a PR for review, which disables the "Highlight infra lines" button by default. This ensures that the yellow lines are not shown on the graph unless the user specifically clicks the "Highlight infra lines" button, or opens a link to the graph view which includes the "highlightChangelogData=1" parameter in the query string.
