Steps to reproduce:

Tried playing back Youtube 8K60fps content in a dozen other browsers, no issues in those

Actual results:

Firefox cannot smoothly playback 8K60fps youtube on my base M4 Mac Mini, despite all other browsers I've tested perfectly being able to.

Expected results:

Smooth playback without any dropped frames, like in the other browsers, since CPU and GPU utilization is so low.
