When I compose new mail offline and go online in another window then MailNews
(ex. Browser) the new mail is not sent until I use File/Send unsent Mail in
MailNews window or going offline and online again in MailNews window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go Offline (Work Offline in File-menu)
2. Compose new mail and "Send Later"
3. Switch to a Browser window
4. Go Online (Work Offline in File-menu)
Actual Results:  
Composed mail is still in folder "Unsent messages"

Expected Results:  
The composed mail should be sent when toing online.

I did not test other platforms or OS then Win NT, but think it is on all OS the
same.

I forgot to say that in preferences I have set "Automatically send my unsent
messages" under "When going online:".
