Edit bookmark in Fenix

Actual results:

Input box will not follow cursor move.

Expected results:

Input box content should follow cursor move.

Screenrecords in above seems couldn't play in Firefox and Edge, but could play in album app on my mobile and MPC-HC/VLC player on my computer.

Since we use the acorn component here, it's probably something you design system folks can help with?

This is likely a bug with our reusable component. We should explore a bug fix there and maybe consider moving it to an M3 composable, since it currently utilizes BasicTextField instead.
