User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:138.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/138.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a specific profile setup
   1.1 zip file attached.
   1.2 yes, for some ungodly reason THAT specific shader cache is important. if you delete it, the bug doesn't occur on that launch, but it does on the one after that, when the shader cache has been re-generated
   1.3 prefs.js privatebrowsing.autostart = true
   1.4 xulstore.json -- if "sidebar-box checked = true" is present, the bug occurs in Firefox 138, but not 137
2. Have bookmark tab open
3. Close Firefox
4. Open firefox

Actual results:

Bookmark tab closed

Expected results:

Bookmark tab still open

Can also be tested by having this profile in Firefox 137 (no bug)
(profile goes in the place where about:profiles points to - by default = C:\Users{{username}}\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles{{profile_folder}} -- the profile folder can be entirely empty apart form the files in the zip, and it will demonstrate the bug. Firefox will re-generate all other files)

and then letting firefox/internet update to 138,
when the bug starts occurring
