Reporter, could you be a little bit more precise, please? A complete error
message would help.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030308 Phoenix/0.5
I get the same thing, though not *always*, still not exactly sure when it
doesn't happen, but I noticed just then it didn't bring up the error when i quit
with this bug open
it's XP's illegal operation error (afaik):
"phoenix.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience.
If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on
might be lost.
For information about this error, click here."
(clicking brings up the 'Error Signature'):
AppName: phoenix.exe AppVer: 1.4.20030.30814 ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.1106 Offset: 00001d24
More technical information is available, but there's heaps of it and it's not
selectable to copy/paste with any ease - any ideas what might be useful info
from the "error report" ?
Starts out:
"Exception Information
Code: 0xc0000005 Flags: 0x0000000
Record: 0x000000000000000000 Address: 0x0000000000077f51d24"

A friend on the same build:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030308 Phoenix/0.5
doesn't get this problem. He has no extensions installed, so I'm guessing its
the fault of one of them. Will test shortly

Well, I deleted phoenix, deleted the phoenix directory from my application data
directory, unzipped it again, ran it and it's still crashing on exit.
I'm guessing then that its not related to the extensions installed (unless
there's more to phoenix than %UserProfile%\Application Data\phoenix\... that i
need to delete when doing a fresh install?)

Reporter, does this still happen with the latest nightly and a new profile?
This is WFM with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4a)
Gecko/20030317 Phoenix/0.5
nope...
i didn't get this error anymore since phoenix win32 2003-03-10 :)
the 2003-03-08 build is the only one that has this error msg.....
So then we should resolve this baby as WFM...
