We already support equivalents in horizontal tabs, allowing users navigate one tab left/right. Let's support a similar pattern in vertical tabs to ease the navigation:
MacOS
Go One Tab Up: command + option + ↑
Go One Tab Down: command + option + ↓
Window
Go One Tab Up: Ctrl + Page Up
Go One Tab Down: Ctrl + Page Down
Earmark for memory: Once this ticket lands, file a ticket to update the existing SUMO article with all the new sidebar/vertical tabs-related shortcuts.

We already support ctrl-pageup/dn on Windows. Morphing this to cover the macOS expansion from horizontal to vertical arrows.
Per the suggestion from Anna on slack, I think we should support both shortcuts both for vertical and horizontal tabs.

Verified as fixed using Firefox 140.0b1, on macOS 14. Navigating between tabs (both horizontal and vertical tabs) is now working when using command+option+up/down arrow keys. Also, the navigation with command+option+left/right arrow keys still works correctly.
