I would like to have a "container" for other buttons.
So that..
I can move  groups of related tool buttons arround together.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.right click on a mini part of the address bar to be able to get to the
customization menu
2.start moving buttons arround to reduce screen space use (put everything on one
line)
3.realize that one must move ALL of the  buttons singly, or edit a window.



Actual Results:  
Buttons must be moved in code, or one at a time.
I like doing neither.

Expected Results:  

This is like the bookmark bar! except generalized
this would have functionality, like Microsoft Office

I propose that the back and forward buttons be grouped with the stop and refresh


I am filing a lot of bugs today because they can all be done seporately... and
it provides a check list.

This is most probably WONTFIX.

What you really want is the ability to move individual toolbars and place more
than one toolbar in one line.
