1966014 - FIREFOX_139_0b7_RELEASE (and other 139.0b7 release tags?) missing on hg

139 Beta 7 shipped but the FIREFOX_139_0b7_RELEASE tag was not synced from git to hg, the last tag is FIREFOX_139_0b7_BUILD1

Those tags have not been synced due to the rollback of the syncer yesterday.

All 139_0b7 tags point to the same commit in git https://github.com/mozilla-firefox/firefox/tags:

git cinnabar tag --message 'No bug - Tagging e57edfb82080a831a64d25ded292a8fd779f40e3 with DEVEDITION_139_0b7_RELEASE a=tagging CLOSED TREE DONTBUILD' --onto refs/heads/tags-beta DEVEDITION_139_0b7_RELEASE c0451d108b634261a89bc501068bf1212a256e4f

Notes:

• -c cinnabar.experiments=tag may need to be passed to git if the experiment is not enabled by default (it is, on the syncer)
• the tags-beta branch needs to be created/fetched first, with git fetch -f hg::https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-beta refs/heads/branches/tags-beta/tip:tags-beta first if it doesn't exist or isn't up-to-date (unecessary, on the syncer)

Then push

git push hg::ssh://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-beta tags-beta:refs/heads/branches/tags-beta/tip
